- Diagnostic Service
- Response time within 6 hours
- Web part fees (discounted)
- Support via telephone Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
- A maximum of four hours monthly
Silver Package
The Silver Package is £599 per Month and Includes the following:
- Diagnostic Service
- Response time within 4 hours
- Consultation fees (discounted)
- Support via telephone Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
- Support via email Monday to Friday 08:00 – 20:00
- Support on weekends limited to two incidents monthly
- A maximum of ten hours monthly
Gold package
The Gold Package is £799 per month and includes the following
- Diagnostic Service
- Response time within two hours
- Consultation fees (discounted)
- Support via telephone Monday to Friday 08:00 – 20:00
- Support via email Monday to Friday 08:00 – 20:00
- Support on weekends limited to two incidents monthly
- A maximum of fourteen hours monthly
